If a written proposal is requested, we prepare a paid, itemized proposal with scope, pricing, and timeline details. Once approved, we produce permit-ready architectural drawings and coordinate structural engineering as needed.

Build, Inspect, and Complete
Our team manages all construction: demolition, structural work, plumbing, electrical, cabinetry, countertops, tile, flooring, and finishing details. We keep your site clean, coordinate inspections, complete a punch-list review, and provide a final walkthrough supported by our 10-year workmanship warranty.
